Wear a bib Paprika fish

Serves 4
2 fillets of pretty much any type of fish (large cubes)
Dozen raw mussels in the shell
Dozen raw large prawns
Dozen clams
2 red Bell peppers 
2 garlic cloves
1 red onion
3 tsp hot or sweet smoked paprika
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp sugar 
1 veg/fish stock cube
Half lemon 
bunch of fresh parsley
75 g Sour cream
1 cup water

Chop Onion, peppers & garlic into a casserole dish
Add Paprika, Turmeric, sugar, stock cube
Bake at 150 for 20 mins with the lid on (you can do this bit the day before)
Remove the lid  - add water, juice of half a lemon and bring to boil on the hob.
Now add fish, seafood and sour cream replace the lid, boil 2 minutes, rattle the dish and leave to stand for 3 minutes.  Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Great with baby new potatoes, lemon rice or crusty bread
WARNING - Do not wear white linen with this dish!
