1 Netley Terrace has now undergone a full renovation and is ready to let. It is now a wonderful light and airy 1 bedroom apartment.

New bath for the Boathouse in bathing Lane, how apt!
This wonderful creation will be installed into the stair atrium at the Old Portsmouth Boathouse.
This is my inspiration for the bathroom in Old Portsmouth.
The room will be smaller but we will have the same
full window with greenery as the backdrop.
Our version should be complete April 2014. Photos to follow.
The latest project will be to transform a shabby Mews Cottage in
Old Portsmouth into a smart New-England style Boathouse.

The hall lobby was painted in a very pale taupe, dark oak flooring laid and for a splash of colour a teal silk lampshade.
The living room was case of renovating the floorboards, replacing the fireplace with a a classic york stone surround,
customising the rad covers and general dressing of the whole room.
The kitchen was an extension and complete re-fit.

This was a project my Mum started, we took great pride and joy in completing it after she had passed away, incorporating the essence of her style.
Small spaces...This is actually the entrance hall to her flat in Cowes. It had good proportions almost square with 2 windows. The reflective qualities of the white walls, white shelves, glass and mirrored furniture maximised the good light in this room.
The newly utilised area was perfect for our b&b breakfasts.
